Perfect for Exploring the City

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfect for exploring all the wonderful sights that this place has to offer. A key advantage is being able to walk to many local attractions, and the tram station is also nearby. Another plus is that it is close to many great restaurants, so it's easy to find something delicious to eat. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly, which makes for a welcoming and warm stay.

While there were some enjoyable aspects of this hotel, there were also some areas that required improvement. The air conditioning didn't seem to flow very well, and the towels and clothes never seemed to dry completely. Also, the room was noisy and there were some dirty spots that could have been cleaner. Additionally, it was disappointing that early check-in wasn't an option. In short, while this hotel has potential, it could benefit from some upgrades and updates.

Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect. It was situated close to downtown, which made it convenient to visit the city center and explore the various attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Visitors interested in visiting the center or nearby downtown can easily get to most places on foot. the staff is polite and helpful, offering guests online support and early check-in options. the rooms have great facilities which include air conditioning and a grocery store on the first floor, ensuring comfort and convenience.

The bathroom could be renovated to improve the guest experience.

We loved the hotel's prime location in the heart of the city center, surrounded by museums, cafes, and shops, and close to public transportation. The hotel was great value for the money. the location was outstanding, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops right outside the door. I also appreciated having a grocery store within the building, which was very convenient. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortable, which was especially nice during the hot summer weekend.

The bed was not the most comfortable, as it felt like two single beds put together with a gap in the middle. the noise from the lively area outside could be heard from the room, so it may not be the best choice for light sleepers.
